Last year I only had 2 resolutions:
1. Go to a live show at least once a month.
2. Kick it with my friend Chrissie at least once a month for the whole year to stay in contact with each other.
I definitely accomplished number 2. Where as resolution number 1 I missed November and December. But I think I make up for it because there were many months I went to 2 shows or more. Whether it be a concert, a festival w/ over thousands of people or a live show with an audience of 50. All in all, last year was amazing. My gratefulness definitely outweighed my regrets for that year. Which it should be. I wouldn’t change a damn thing. All my money went to concerts and gas. I must say it was money well earned and spent. Let’s break it down:

2011 was one eventful ass year for me and I loved every second of it. I even got the chance to go to NY for the first time and get into some mischief over on the east coast. I went to 18 shows and saw over 30 performances. I’ll never forget the shit I did that year. The people I was with and the new people I met will never escape my memory. From memories of sneaking into shows with a fake press pass to selling my shit to have enough dough to pay for tickets. Had the best time of my life. All in all I fucking accomplished that resolution as well and 2011 was the shit. Plus I turned 21, you can’t forget that.
